Behind the Lens: Meet Alex

Hi, I’m Alex Rodriguez, but most people know me as A-Rod! I’ve been behind the camera since 2012, and what started as a passion quickly became a lifelong pursuit to capture genuine, unforgettable moments. For me, photography isn’t just about taking pictures; it’s about telling your story in a way that feels real, personal and timeless.

Over the years, this passion has opened some incredible doors. I’ve worked as a Photo Editor for my university’s newspaper, contributed to The Palm Beach Post and even captured magical moments as a PhotoPass photographer at Walt Disney World. Each experience has shaped my style and taught me how to adapt, connect and bring out the best in every subject I photograph.

When I’m not shooting, you’ll probably find me at an electronic dance music concert. There’s something about the energy and connection on the dance floor that inspires me creatively (and it’s the best stress relief). I’m also a huge sports fan, and I love spending time at the Disney parks with my beautiful wife.

At the end of the day, I’m here to give you more than just photos. I want to create an experience where you feel comfortable, confident and truly yourself in front of the camera.
